As a customer of www.rachaeltaylordesigns.com you have 30 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order & request a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately some items cannot be returned or refunded:
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with an item. We may be able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product.
Please contact us & let us know the order number, product purchased & reason for returning within 30 days of receiving the product. This will help us deal with your return request more promptly.

I have opened the product, can I still return it?
Yes, as long as you have taken ‘reasonable care’ of the product & its packaging we will refund your item.
Please do not remove any labels, soil the products or damage them.
How should I package the returns?
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging & use a ‘signed for’ delivery method & obtain proof of postage. Please include the original packaging where possible & include a ‘sender’ name & address for our reference.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
