Out & About – Easter Weekend

Hope your Easter break was a fun filled & fun one! It was a bit of a working weekend for both my hubby & I (due to hectic workloads), yet we still managed to escape & enjoy some of the glorious sunshine! When your self employed, a company owner, shift worker or work in retail & hospitality you will find that your not always guaranteed the standard bank holidays. Sometimes it can be a little frustrating but we are so appreciative of the life we lead & the flexible working hours that we have. I LOVE that I can *usually take a day off at short notice or reschedule my working hours around my personal commitments. What I love most of all spend that all important precious time with my bay boy Blayke (I quite often work at night times, as he sleeps & I really enjoy the uninterrupted twilight design time). Life & work can be unpredictable & sometimes a bit of a juggling act lately but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Here are a few snaps from the Easter weekend, I managed to make cakes, design & squeeze in some scenic baby walks around Leeds & the Royal Armouries. Since having a baby I’m truly amazed by the amount of things parents can cram in! It makes me wonder what I use to do with all of my free time!
