Lively Liverpool – Transatlantic 175!

Happy Thursday Everybody!

As many of you lovely followers may know, the Rachael Taylor Studio has recently relocated to Liverpool. We are so thrilled to finally be settling into our new location, & we have so many exciting things to look forward to!

One event that we are especially excited for is the Transatlantic 175 weekend –  a two day celebration of history, arts & culture, taking place on the 4th and 5th of July. To give you a little idea of what it’s all about,  here’s an excerpt from Culture Liverpool:

“Transatlantic 175 commemorates 175 years of cruise passenger travel across the Atlantic with a weekend of cultural events that span Liverpool’s waterfront and historic docks. The city will become a creative culture clash between the home-grown music, fashion, art, design, food, and film of the 19th, 20th, and 21st century influences that have travelled across the pond from ports of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Boston and New York since Samuel Cunard’s first crossing on 4th July, 1840.”

This wonderful celebration of all things creative has got us filled with joy, & has made us look forward to the future here even more! We are also huge fans of the creative artwork & promotional designs around this event that have now been posted online. These colourful creations detail all their is to see & do during this wonderful weekend:
