Interiors Roundup – Lovely Lighting & Lampshades!

 Who’s loves getting ready for summer? We do! Today on Interiors Roundup we’re taking a peek at some lovely lampshades that we think will inspire your spaces just in time for our most loved season!

The fab thing about lampshades is that they are one of the easiest decor items outside of throw cushions to update in your home. Not only that, lampshades can pack a ton of personality & style as they come in a HUGE variety of colours, shapes, patterns & textures too! In just a couple of minutes, you can add a bold pop of colour to your overhead lighting as well as your side & floor lamps throughout the house. You can then colour match some smaller items like candles, plant pots, throw blankets & cushions to cheaply give your space(s) a refreshed, updated vibe.

Don’t forget that lampshades are fun to make yourself, too! Even if you’re a novice with crafting, there are lots of fun tutorials on Pinterest that show how to make your own lampshades / lighting covers. This especially good if you have a creative vision for your home & cant quite find the perfect products to match your space.
