Thursday Inspo – Love for Int’l Women’s Day!

Hello Everyone!

We hope you’ve all had a wonderful week so far & that you had a fabulous time celebrating International Women’s Day yesterday!

While we are always advocating for & inspired by the women in our lives or those we follow online, yesterday we felt especially moved by the sense of solidarity with women across social media, the news & in our places of work. Over 2.1 million posts appeared on Instagram with the #InternationalWomensDay hashtag, along with over 100k with the #BeBoldForChange tag as well.

Be Bold for Change is the official IWD hashtag for this year & we feel passionate about this mantra. The Rachael Taylor Studio & the Make It In Design team are made up of creative & intelligent women who are breaking barriers in the creative biz industry & our success would not be possible without the women who came before us. Those women were bold for change & it’s so important that we continue their legacy.

Today, we want to celebrate the creativity that was inspired by International Women’s Day – browsing on the IWD hashtags reveal just how many people are artistically empowered by the movement & we want to share some of our favourite posts.

 We hope you all had a great International Women’s Day & that you feel stronger, more confident & as powerful of a woman as ever.
