Diversity in Design

I really hope 2020 changes the world for the better. Behind the scenes I’m chipping away at many things, continuing to listen, educate myself, offering support, trying to amplify voices & showcase talent. Given my line of work across the studio & Make it in Design ⁣I feel I can really make a impact when it comes to championing diversity & equality in design.

The things that I’m doing may be small in the grand scheme of it all but if we all did something to help then we would see a big change. I hope I can start to put more of my thoughts into positive action very soon.
