New year overwhelm & beating those January blues

If like me you’ve been feeling the new year overwhelm & suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) from a dreary winter, I just wanted to say thanks for your continued support & I wish you all the best for 2022. There’s so much pressure for change & a ‘new you’ as we start a new year & it drives me crazy. Growth is a process & it has to happen when it’s right for you. So keep being you & don’t feel like the old you or the 2021 version is bad. Gosh the 2021 me showed so much strength & finally became a butterfly.

I wanted to share this quote because I always find it to be very inspiring but just a reminder to embrace change on your own terms! Never feel pushed or compare yourself to others or suddenly feel inadequate because it’s a new year. Just some random thoughts that I hope will help.
