Why I never gave up & you shouldn’t either

Today I wanted to share a little more behind the scenes of getting my book deal in the hopes it can inspire you today. Never give up folks! So much has happened since the post below. I did in fact get signed by one the top literary agencies & left them to pursue representing myself. The new agent assigned did not treat me well at all & to this day I’m still baffled by the experience but I’m grateful for the learning curve!

So you know what… I just went & got the book deal myself! My first attempt at contacting a publisher & I got an offer & negotiated a deal. Recently (after a recent personal knock) I’m recognising my own strength, that I can do anything if I work hard enough, try to be decent human being & believe in myself. I’m not super confident trust me but I’m getting better at recognising my own power.

Sometimes we need to step up & take action & not be afraid to learn from others & push ourselves out of our comfort zones. I hope this email gives you the courage to believe in yourself too.

Yesterday I had a lovely afternoon reviewing the cover design for my book! It was a pinch me now moment.

The publisher, title & pre-order info are coming so soon… sorry I know I keep hinting at it but I still have to wait to reveal it all! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for your continued support.
