What is your power colour?

What would you say is your power colour?

For me it has to be yellow & it’s one of the colours you’ll spot most in my book Power Up Your Creativity. But why is that, what does it mean & why did I choose it for the front cover?

General belief is that yellow is a happy colour often associated with the sun, & while this went into my colour decisions when designing the book layout, there’s more to it. Yellow is also the colour of optimism, energy & hope, all important aspects of the themes within the book. Being a creative can be lonely & hard but much of the time it can be fulfilling. I wanted to the book to be a safe & positive space to explore your creativity as if I were right by your side cheering you on.

So yellow is my power colour. What’s yours? Let me know. I’d love to know why.
