There are many online planning tools, but Milanote is the best we’ve used by far. We use this every day in the studio & it has helped our workflow immensely from staying on top of priorities to keeping our schedule organised.

What we love:

We love how customisable each tool is from the way you use it to the colour scheme. You can choose from pre-set themes or add your own hex codes to make it even more personalised.

It’s free! Up to a certain point (100 images & links) which is more than enough to get started.

You can share your board with team members or collaborators & they can also add to it remotely.

It was made for creative professionals & you can choose from different project templates.
